V-Grade allows the call center operator to easily monitor and grade agent interactions.
CDR and Call Recordings are uploaded to the V-Agent cloud servers automatically via FTP. The administrator can then perform advanced searches (e.g. calls by duration, shift, time, campaign etc.) and listen to calls directly via the Flash Audio web interface. Call grading data is saved to the V-Agent servers allowing reporting and analysis of agent's performance.
